The 4th Evaluation Meeting: "Development of Activities, Training, and Educational Materials for Adolescent Health"

The 4th evaluation meeting, titled "Development of Activities, Training, and Educational Materials for Adolescent Health," was organized by the Health Institutes of Türkiye (TÜSEB) - Türkiye Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health Institute (TAÇESE) and Türkiye Vaccine Institute (TAE). The session was held in a hybrid format on February 27, 2023, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, under the chairmanship of Head of Institute, Prof. Dr. Ateş KARA.

During the meeting, various recommendations aimed at improving adolescent health were presented. Within this framework, comprehensive evaluations were conducted regarding the impact of infectious diseases on adolescents, as well as potential immunization measures and solutions to be implemented.

The meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Demet TAŞ and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alkım ÖDEN AKMAN from Ankara Bilkent City Hospital; Prof. Dr. Orhan DERMAN, Prof. Dr. Sinem AKGÜL, and Specialist Dr. Melis PEHLİVANTÜRK KIZILKAN from the Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine; Dr. Ayşegül ESİN from the International Children's Center; and Dr. Ayla GÜVEN ÖZATLAS from the General Directorate of Public Health.
